The support team is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that my clients have - even when our hours are different! If they do not know how something works we can work together with them through trial-and-error until it's figured out for us both (which saves time). This has been an incredible tool in helping me reach more people than I would be able to otherwise; especially since I'm working remotely from home most of the day. I like that it is very easy to use. It allows for flexibility in being able to add different channels to be monitored/monitored at once. There are some things where there could potentially be more options given within the platform but this seems minor compared to all of what is added as far as features go. We used Videolink primarily to monitor our YouTube channel (mainly brand awareness purposes). We also use it to track Facebook pages for events we hold.
