I ordered this product first because of the price and reviews. The product is great but most of all the customer service has been phenomenal! Even before the product arrived their customer service sent an additional email with the shipping date etc. When the product finally arrived it met my expectations in terms of build quality etc. A big plus for this bag is the removable chamber, although the one with The camera that came with the bag was broken, I found a small leak and only held my breath for 1 workout. I contacted them immediately and they sent me a replacement bladder with no questions asked. The replacement has arrived and works great. I've used different types of floor to ceiling bags, from really expensive to super cheap, and this bag is definitely on par with the expensive ones! Also in relation to some other comments. The pump handle has a needle storage insert so you don't lose it. If you inflate too much, the zipper will not stay closed because the chamber is too big to close.
