Wonderful product. Maybe it was just ignorance on my part, but the only slight disappointment was that it came up a bit smaller than I had imagined. I was expecting it to come in some sort of box but it actually came straight through my inbox in a little pouch haha. Overall no need to worry. It arrived protected and in great condition and my sister who I bought it for loves it! She's a big Zero fan ^^ I was surprised how quickly it was shipped and delivered; very impressive. Everything came together just six days after I ordered it. The weapon is really"thready". Not made of plush, but made of a very thin material. But that's just a small problem. He also had a pretty "Vampire Knight" tag on his arm. However, an annoying yellow cord hit him on the head. But it can always be cut off cleanly. Definitely I will keep this company on my list of people to consider if I buy something like this again ^^
