Associatio has an excellent customer focus that puts it ahead other providers out there! And their approachability - they treat us like partners not just customers to help grow our businesses!! They are very proactive too making recommendations when/where we need them but also keeping me up-to date where needed so I know my business plan continues moving forward well or as necessary changes occur. A lot for free including providing data reports monthly and yearly showing what works how much was spent etc; plus any questions you ask via email can be answered by staff within 24 hrs (great!). Great team working together from start till finish ensuring things went right at all times and no hitches were experienced throughout every step along journey with ASSOCIATIO - great experience overall would highly recommend this provider!! Excellent support across each part whether website design logo building brochures creating event branding campaigns etc It helped us to have a good understanding of our members and their needs. We are able to take action and improve our services. The support team was very helpful when we had questions or needed help with the platform. I would like to see more integrations with other platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Our membership has increased significantly since implementing AMMR. We were able to increase revenue by increasing member engagement.
