Very demanding. Works only when connected in one direction, ie not balanced. I correctly noted the page it is linked to. Most products with this type of ports are also upside down. Even if I plug it in correctly, I still have to wiggle it a few times for the light to come on. It's been a few months now and it's only reading SD cards 30% of the time, and only 2 out of 3 USB ports work (okay because I only need 2, but it stinks). I was very upset, came to write a review and saw everyone talking about wifi issues. I've had tons of wifi issues over the past few months! I never thought it was that dock! Turned off now, WiFi is fine. So I docked another star because not only is it a poor quality dock but other things as well. If it hadn't been so late I would have tried to get my money back. :(------ UPDATE ------ Lention contacted me to send me a new version of their hub with this fix. The new product arrived in a redesigned box making it safe and secure when traveling keep safe could say that this version has been improved in many ways, it no longer rattles like my previous one, it no longer causes problems with wifi when in use, and all ports work both when the device is upside down and with the logo side as it should be. Although brand new at the moment I can't say when the ports might go down but so far so good. Many thanks to their support team - I wasn't expecting any attention after so many months my purchase.
