It works with NTSF formatted drives

This is only day number 2. I'm writing this review in advance just to let anyone interested know that I'm using a 2-bay D2 device as a RAID 1 on a MAC with recently purchased 16 TB. The Iron Wolf reigns. I managed to format the drives to NTSF file system as planned and everything works fine. I will update this in the future no matter if I have any problems. I contacted TerraMaster with a question. You are in the Asian time zone, so it took me a few days to get my reply. framework. I've tested 4TB, 8TB, and 16TB drives and I can tell you that they got louder and louder as I went from 4TB to 16TB, so the drives are definitely noisy. I can't even hear the fan and I had to verify that it was actually working, which it was. To switch RAID, you must leave the device activated, switch to the desired RAID, and use the activated pin device and press. 5 seconds in the hole. It comes with installation tools. When it's not in read/write mode, it's quiet. The handle does not need to be removed, but can be removed if you disassemble the entire unit. Watch out for warranty issues if you go down this route. The device makes a reliable impression. Its outer case is made of aluminum, apart from the two silver port cutouts on the front, which match in color but are made of plastic. They also had to be aluminum. The Thunderbolt cable is too short and I find it ridiculous to include them in the kit. For the price they should give a decent length. A little cheap on the part of TerraMaster.
