The most important thing about this product is its transparency in terms of pricing. It's easy to understand the rates and we also get all our metrics. I like their customer support as well. They are very responsive and always try to help us out whenever there is any issue or confusion. This software has been very helpful for me in managing my PPC activities. One of the things which i have found difficult to use is the reporting part. I wish they had better reporting tools because sometimes it's hard to keep track of performance and other related information. If you're looking for a good tool to manage your PPC campaigns then definitely go for it. We've been able to keep track of our campaigns easily using this software.
