Don't worry about this product. Keep looking for a vacuum cleaner that doesn't give you a huge headache. Got this on a lightning deal and bought it because of all the positive reviews and how light it is. It's garbage. First, the hose is almost unusable. None of the jets work when connected to a hose. The triangular one doesn't rotate and none of the others suck when attached. The hose itself sucks things up, but it takes forever to use when I need to use nozzles on stairs or furniture. This totally defeats the purpose of easy use on stairs as I have trouble vacuuming with the base of the vacuum when I should be able to use the hose and nozzles. Second, when the vacuum cleaner is used on carpeted floors, it will grab or catch on the carpet, making it difficult for you to twist or turn. I actually have to break the vacuum to turn into gaps. I have lower back issues, which is one of the reasons the "unload" feature was important. Well, it's light, otherwise I wouldn't be able to lift it that often during use. The traction on the carpet kills the back a lot and I wouldn't recommend it for those with lower back issues. Third, the cable is too short. That's absurd. I read it was shorter and we have a lot of outlets so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. It is not. I have to constantly disconnect and reconnect this vacuum cleaner. Fourth, it has no suction power! The whole point of a vacuum cleaner is to suck things up so that not a single piece is left on any surface. I just vacuumed the stairs and there are little pieces left everywhere! I read that this cleaner is particularly good for people with pets. It's useless. I'm sure there are more cons I could list about this vacuum cleaner, but these are the 4 biggest issues I have. I can't say enough bad things about this vacuum cleaner. DO NOT buy this vacuum if you have lower back problems, if you are looking for a vacuum that will clean the floor/surfaces you use it on, if you want a lightweight vacuum to clean stairs, or if you are looking for a quality product in general to wish . Spend more money, look at other products, go elsewhere, etc. I promise this vacuum cleaner is NOT worth the money you could spend!
