ARCH! I am so disappointed in this seller and their mean return policy for this crappy product which broke after a dozen gentle uses (I use it at home while cooking). One of the fan sleeves has just come loose from the main collar. It doesn't take long for these pieces to stick together. I wouldn't be so upset if I had six months to a year, although that would still mean it's junk and shouldn't be sold to unsuspecting buyers. .
