I like that it has all my data in one place, instead of having multiple spreadsheets. It also makes sure everything gets entered into our database correctly every time we do so! The fact you can't search for specific dates or times within your payroll period really helps when trying to find something quickly for reference purposes. Sometimes there are errors with things being added which causes some confusion but they have been working hard at solving this issue over recent months as well as adding more features. So far no problems found - just minor issues solved by them (as always) however once again their customer support team were quick to respond and resolved any issues straight away. They now offer Payroll services too which will be great if/when we decide to expand further into those areas.
