Review on AT TL96271 Dect_6 0 2 Handset Telephone by Michelle Chauvin

I often have trouble understanding the person I am talking to because their conversation is constantly interrupted, like when making a call with a very low battery. short. I reported this to my local phone service provider (AT&T) and they found no reason for this issue or any other issue on my line that could be causing it and in fact it only happens when I'm using this product, not when I unplug my phone and plug my previous cordless phone into the same phone jack. Oddly enough, this only happens when I'm on the phone (outgoing) and not when I'm talking to someone on an incoming call). I like having a base unit with a full keypad with volume controls and other options, rather than relying on these basic phone functions by themselves. That's why I chose this particular product (the presence of a full keyboard and other features on the base unit), but I'm extremely dissatisfied with its use for outgoing calls.
