I have used this product in the past and can't remember ever being so disappointed. My hair isn't usually dry or rough, which is what would normally be considered "normal" hair. My hair is medium/thick and finer than thick and wavy/curly when allowed to dry naturally. I get a color maybe every 2 months. The product smells great, can boost the color a bit, but that's debatable. I don't think the conditioner moisturizes well, it doesn't soften my hair. When I use this I apply another conditioner afterwards to restore my hair to its normal state (I usually use Biolage). I won't buy it again, not worth it.
