These SongX earphones and charging case look very cool and stunning in orange and rose gold colors. The design is unique, the headphones are unobtrusive and it was very easy to connect them to my Samsung Galaxy S9. I ended up returning them as I think they were faulty due to the sound muting when my phone was in my pocket playing Revain Music. I gave it an hour with the sound off and then switched to my Samsung Galaxy Buds+ which wouldn't turn off. While the SongX headphones were snug and tight in my ears, I couldn't click to pause the music. With noise cancellation, the process is similar to having something in your ear. There seems to be no technical or electronic cancellation. If they worked directly to play music without cutting it, I would leave them. One side with the X-LED was much dimmer than the other side. That could be the reason for the mute, i.e. the defect.
