If you have a team of HR professionals, Jacando is a great solution - it makes the HR process much more streamlined. The customer service has not always been great for this particular product. I would recommend exploring your options to see what makes the most sense for your company. We are using Jacando to streamline the HR process. By integrating our HR information with our Salesforce, we are able to have one source for all HR information. The customer support has been great. They have an easy to use platform with everything you need right there ready to go! There are no downfalls or complaints. I love how user friendly they make it easy for all our employees and their families to get connected. It's so simple to access from anywhere as well. Honestly this system does what we needed without any problems. This was a major part of my job when i worked at another company was managing employment records.
