Immediately I was relatively outraged, this was with a bed full of blue tape and a note not to remove the tape. Well, at first I left it there because I didn't really want to figure out why they didn't want me to delete it. My Anycubic i3 Mega was still in need of repair, so I bought this printer and it was safer to take care of it later. Can you do it without a printer? Eventually the blue tape got so bad I had to remove it and I found out why they went that route. The glass plate hums. Nothing sticks there. Not ABS, not PLA, not Diddy. I assume they put masking tape on all outgoing goods. after realizing their plate sucks, people didn't immediately return the printer, actually pretty smart. PLEASE ORDER A PEI PLATE WHEN ORDERING THIS PRINTER. with good quality. The menus are easy to navigate and I like that the filament feed option knows how much to feed to cover the length of pipe it is going through. Cons: Duct tape with blue butt. Because ultimately you have to remove it and find a solution. So now just order the PEI plate when you buy this printer. Sounds like an old printer. I think it's the Y axis, but these printers are starting to sound old and need some lubrication. Another few weeks and hopefully nothing gets worse. It's not a new design so I'm assuming it won't be deadly. Depending on what's on the market when you order it, it may be a good choice, or it might be a better choice. I give this guy a very honest average rating. I don't have customer support. I ended up using an elephant leg that melted the fan duct around my printhead. I didn't have to deal with customer service as Thingiverse had plenty of replacement prints (because the previous model didn't have a good setup) that I printed with my Elegoo Mars. Not sure if this is a good printer for beginners, but good for people experienced with 3D printing bugs and a second printer to print spare parts. damages the hot-end elements, which is more annoying than it should be. I've been into 3D printing since 2012 and I've never had to work so hard with a printer. Definitely not worth it.
