Easy to clean since no need for any type of cooking spray yes. Flimsy in that they shakes like jello but hold their shape with 3 supports on the sides and good size rim surrounds the pan making them easy to lift. Has thumb grips on each end to help hold but why i picked these it has ridges on the bottom for air flow guess. Made some rye bread and it turned out just fine but smaller than typical metal bread pans and yes they do get hot specifically to be held by unprotected hands but do cool down fast. Tried this bend/pinch test people talk about and it past the test so ok with these just wouldn't use knife to cut inside them.
