I bought these primarily because of the many colors and interesting patterns. I wanted something more interesting than plain card stock, but not as specific as most printed designs. I am very happy with it. The page colors in the notebook I received are very close to the colors in the product photo - maybe just a little less contrast (the brightest yellow is a little less bright - not so "neon"). Some other reviews indicate that this is not the case, so this may indicate a printing issue at some stage in the production of these pages. All I know is that mine are very close to photography and would be perfect for my use. blue/green sides). The mottled pattern works well as a background, as a base for tone-on-tone banners, and as focus images. And the quality is good - it's a good thick cardstock (no paper).
