These emails turned out to be much better than I expected based on previous reviews. They have been properly packaged with the required adhesive. Minus one star for sending completely dry alcohol wipes which proved useless. The letters are convex, have good adhesion on the back and have held up well on the tailgate so far. They are made of hard plastic and are easy to lift and mount.
