This case offers excellent value for money. I bought it in March and use it multiple times a day all the time. It's July now and I'm finally writing a review. I wanted to use it for a while before writing a review of just Incase. It's snug and fits my 2019 iPad 9.7 perfectly. Adds significant weight but is by no means bulky or unwieldy. Very chic look. Everyone thinks I have a new laptop. Pairing was easy and the connection was surprisingly reliable. I love love love the swivel and would give it 5 stars for durability but I'm wary of the swivel not because it seems fragile but just because I'd rather not test it like that. It is very stable and well connected. I never take my iPad out of the case as it rotates and folds unnecessarily. Outer rubberized coating 👍🏾👍🏾 Love the feel but when you have the lotion on your hands and touch them it leaves marks and complacency. I live with it. Haven't tried the cleaner yet but there will only be one improvement in design I would suggest is that it will flash or show on the screen when the charge is low. If so, I just haven't figured it out yet. I brought him an excellent case "Tomak 10.5 - 11 in a case”. Beautiful appearance is perfect. Can also hold an Apple Pencil (firm but zipped) while charging. Oh, one more suggestion - it doesn't come with its own charger or charge from the iPad at the same time (that would be great), but it does use the same charger as the iPad. Buy it, you will love it too.
