That's what I usually say about this product-> My favorite brand for voluminous and mega voluminous premades! Unfortunately the last order I received as soon as I took the car fans off the strip fell apart. My client only wears this brand and I was so embarrassed. I don't see anywhere to contact the seller to send me a new one. I thought it was just a faulty strip but I tried several strips and they all fell apart! I will definitely add a photo later. For proof, of course. I hope the owner sees this and gets it right, otherwise I'll have to use a different brand. So confusing and disappointing.
