Not suitable for our water.
I spent money on this brand because I believed the reviews. The jug is well designed and easy to use, but the filters last less than a week. My water just tasted awful so I tried tap water and then again after filtering. There was no difference. I changed the filter again just in case I didn't install it properly and didn't follow the instructions. Again very high toxicity and bad water taste. I couldn't drink my tea or anything. Back to the previous brand, although it is very expensive.
