Dried ink? How to fill up?
I was a little disappointed with it. It looks like the ink has dried up in the pad. Although I figured out how to insert stamps, I couldn't figure out how to recolor this thing. I could just use a separate ink pad, but then what's the point? This makes it less portable. Directions anyone? There is nothing online to show how to redraw.
