Wires connected incorrectly

As someone mentioned there are 4 wires going to the 5 pin solder connector but the wires are connected to pins 1, 2, 3 and 5 and need to be attached to contacts. 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5 remain empty. Who makes such poorly fitted stuff that doesn't work compared to the original fitment.
