Not as shown. The blue looks washed out like it has had multiple washes and is not as dark as the photo. The fur is thin and although she has some fur there is nothing on her arms. This is not suitable for northern winters such as New York / New Jersey / New England. This is a slightly rectangular coat with no drawstrings at the hood or body for a custom fit of the coat. My sons are 4 and due to the small size I ordered 3/4T it's a bit big but needs room to fit a thick sweater underneath to balance the thinnest jacket. I would send her back but am having a hard time finding a blue coat to match her uniform so I keep it to myself and buy a heavier black coat as an add on.
