Review on Bona Professional Series WT760051166 Hardwood Floor Refresher, 32-Ounce: Achieve Long-Lasting Flooring Shine with Ease by John Mejia

Like all Bona floor cleaners I have used, this cleaner is best in class. The only complaint I have with the manufacturer is that while they offer a wide range of great products, they do not do an excellent job of clearly defining in ONE place which products are incompatible with each and/or with previously treated floors are. . polish or sealant. This is very important information because which Bona product you can or should use depends on what type of flooring has been installed on your floor - whether tile or parquet. If you make the wrong choice, you could end up incurring high costs when you have to re-sand the floor or remove the previous coating. Otherwise, customer service is excellent. I would recommend contacting Bona before using any of their products (other than cleaners compatible with a previous coating) so you can make an informed decision. You have previously applied a wax or polish (e.g. Bona Parquet Polish) without first removing the wax/polish. To do this, you need to put in a lot of effort and purchase Bona Nail Polish Remover (only available on bona.com). Aside from the above, this is by far the best product for restoring a lustrous shine to dull, lifeless, scarred wood floors. It's easy to apply, non-toxic, dries quickly, leaves no residue, and can be used over and over again without lumps.
