The platform is easy to use, very flexible and allows for a lot of customization. We can easily create new rules and rulesets as required. The platform has a good variety of options for different types of data. The reporting functionality is also very flexible. A bit clumsy when it comes to the UI. It can be a bit confusing as it is not always clear as to what button is next. There is a good integration with other systems such as MSPs and the SaaS providers. We can easily access and use the data from the other systems.
