Excellent antenna. I particularly like the foldability.
Excellent antenna. I especially like that you can fold it up to put it in the garage. The "radialless" design delivers the advertised SWR on the back of a mostly plastic JK jeep with poor grounding. According to Diamond, 40 inches is the longest recommended antenna for off-road use. The black plastic parts of the capacitor break easily. My first antenna broke on the outer end cap off-road. Now I have an additional SG7500. You can buy antenna replacement parts.
