Love this brand. I have 8" and 10" pans. i like them both I've been using them for almost a year and have never had any problems. I bought one, there aren't enough pans to roast cabbage or whole cauliflower. This is roomier and easy to stir in the pot without overflowing. I'm glad it's still the same quality and the food doesn't stick to the pan. I roasted the cauliflower, postponed the meal, just wiped the pan with a towel and started cooking again. Less washing. I wash it in the dishwasher but the coating works just as well. What I love most is how large it easily cooks for 6 people. The lid and handle design looks nice and solid.
