Very nice pattern (black crocheted chevron). It is made of medium and thick yarn material; Although the description says the pants dry quickly, I don't intend to go in the water with them. Unfortunately, my inseam is only about 26 inches. I really wish I could wear them high up like a window model but I'm 5ft 8 inches tall so I really like them. They can be stretched a bit to make them appear longer, so that's a plus. I plan to only wear them as a cover when I go on a cruise. There was a slight smell when I opened the package, but that went away after 10 minutes.
