Pretty decent. - my new review
I like this and would buy from them again, although I will say that I purchased for assisting in pull-ups and went with the according weight chart. This is not doing it and I had to upgrade to the next level. Mind you, I can't do a pull-up at all to save my butt, but this should have been the appropriate size for me and it was not. I was a bit disappointed in that but with Covid, I am sure I can find another use for it.
- I'm sure the red and yellow will be better for me ... I'll work up to the black and call it a day.
- May not come in a wide enough range of resistance levels
