Review on 🔊 SAMSUNG HW-Q950A Black 11.1.4ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X and Built-in Alexa (2021) by Art Clark

I bought this product along with the rear speakers in June 2020 and I love it. I used it until early August when it stopped connecting to the subwoofer or rear speakers. I called technical support and couldn't fix the problem. So I packed all the speakers according to the instructions. There are five speakers in total: a soundbar, a subwoofer, two rear speakers, and a rear speaker control module. I have taken extra precautions to pack everything carefully so there is no damage. in my time Send it to a repair station using a Samsung-provided UPS shipping label. At the end of August I received an email informing me that my unrepaired unit had been returned. When everything was returned, the rear speakers and rear speaker control module were missing. The soundbar and subwoofer, along with their accompanying cables, were poorly packaged and sustained significant damage. After numerous inquiries and promised callbacks, which I never received from Samsung, I finally received a call on September 10th and discussed my request. Samsung told me that everything was inventoried at the time of first receipt. However, I have been told that the rear speakers are "probably" being returned or will be at some point. Samsung then promised to provide a full refund for the subwoofer and soundbar only, on condition that I return the damaged product. I was frustrated that I couldn't find replacements for the rear speakers, but decided to go with what I could. So, in my spare time, I repackaged the soundbar and subwoofer using the shipping label provided by Samsung. And everything sent by UPS. It's November 6th, I haven't received my refund yet. And I was told that my refund request was denied. Edit, I received a new soundbar unit on 12/20/2020. I have not received any compensation or a new device for the missing rear speakers.
