Ideal for Airfryer use.

I'm single and I like to cook, but don't like a lot of leftovers. So when I decided to try the air fryer, I really didn't want any of the "family size" models. I settled on a small "personal" 1 liter unit with no frills. Then the question arose: what can I cook in this thing, and what (if any) additional pots / etc. do I need? I knew I wanted to make regular fries, chicken breasts, etc., but what about beans and franks? Roast/warm up potatoes or Brussels sprouts? It seemed that some kind of pan was needed. Hey raven! I saw these pans, measured my fryer basket and decided to give it a try. SO glad I did! They fit almost perfectly! There is about 1/4 inch of space on the outside of the foil pan, which allows for some airflow. The height of the pan is close to perfect - there is a small "rim" that the lid can be used to seal (no). Lids with these pans, but that's not a problem for me) which I had to bend/fold, but that's a minor adjustment. Perfection. I plan to use them for "sloppy" recipes that I think will work in a deep fryer. I'm sure there will be bugs, but so far they're working exactly as I hoped. Beans and francs (for a portion!) turned out great! The pans are a real hit and worth their price. No complaints or problems. EDITED 10/14/2021: I've grilled beans and franks in the fryer multiple times with great success! And I've found another use for them: drip trays. In my small fryer, the detachable rack is about 3/8 inch above the bottom of the basket. I cut the tray to about 1/4 inch so it becomes a flat tray that fits in the basket under the stand. Remove the grate, lower the pan into the basket and return the board to its original position. Warm up and I'm ready to go. I've made bacon wrapped chicken breasts this way and it's super easy to wash up! The frame is easy to clean and the use of a pallet almost eliminates the need to empty the basket. They're definitely on my "usual" list of things I use almost every day. Very happy with them!
