Quick response, product stand

I have ordered 4 lamps for which I have been given an estimated delivery date. I actually received the bulbs in about 3 days, much sooner than expected, but one of the bulbs failed within seconds of turning it on. I wrote a letter to Florida Eco Products and they sent me a new lightbulb with no questions asked. The lamp worked well and I received it before the originally expected delivery date! I'm very happy with the energy I'm saving now and I'm impressed that Florida Eco Products trusts me enough to just ship a new lightbulb without having to spend the money and time to return the broken one send. I highly recommend Florida Eco Products and Flower Bulbs. gsch
