This may not be fair as the item has been used and should have been working properly. Pros: -Installation was pretty easy. -All degrees of freedom work as specified. - Except for the shock absorber, the rigidity of all joints is stable. Cons: - Manual controls could be better. - The adjustment range of the damper is very limited. Also, the impact isn't strong enough to hold my 27lb TV (assuming it holds up to 44lbs). I tightened the shock absorber as much as possible. This can only be an issue with the item I purchased as it appears to have been refurbished.
