This is great for slicing potatoes for breakfast pancakes

This is great for slicing potatoes for breakfast pancakes. Resist the temptation to pick out stuck potato chunks with your finger, you'll cut yourself, this thing is damn sharp. Ask me how I know that. Using chopsticks is a much better choice for cleaning.
