This seems to be the answer to the constant problems my mother (dementia) and father (blindness) have with a broken Xfiniity/Comcast remote on their have a new television. at a nursing home in Burlingame, California. They randomly change the input from HDM1 to TV and it took 6 trips in two weeks to fix it. Long story short, this pinball remote DOES NOT WORK with the Xfinity cable box installed in Burlingame, CA in December 2017. Xfinity has stated that there is NO remote like this on the market that will work with their new cable box. It WORKS with old cable boxes. So disappointed. It's a shame the cable companies wouldn't have offered a simple remote control for the elderly/infirm that just toggles on/off, volume and channel up/down. Ridiculous.
