Review on Qiyun by William Anacker

I have high expectations for the tools and gear I use because I consider myself an athlete in the music industry. Sadly, my encounter with Qiyun's online shop fell short of what I had hoped for. The accessories weren't up to par, and the guitar strap I bought was uncomfortable and poorly constructed. Even worse, when I attempted to voice my concerns, the customer service staff was unresponsive and dismissive. Overall, if my fellow music athletes were searching for high-quality goods and services, I would not suggest them shop at Qiyun's website. Save time and money by doing your shopping elsewhere.
