Love this thing! I use it primarily when I'm running my kids' old clothes in the thrift sale, but I also use it when I tear the tags off new clothes too soon and then need to return them. 😬 After a while I had to change the needle and also upload new taggers and couldn't figure it out on my own. Eventually I went on YouTube and searched "how to change a marker gun needle" and lots of videos came up and I fixed it in less than a minute. I didn't even have to look for the exact model, they all seem about the same. This particular gun has been used a lot in the last year or so so I bought it (yes was in the process of writing a review really trying to get into the vine) and saved myself sooooo much time. So far it's holding up very well!
