3 of 4 lights passed the submerged test which lasted until the batteries ran out. That run time was 3 days. All where in a color sequence. All were equipped with energizer alkaline batteries. 1 of 4 failed do to water damage. i give that a good rating for an extreme unlikely usage. The thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the remote does not communicate with the lights if the lights are underwater. (tested at 3 feet) In the end i would recommend this product.
