I was looking for a cheap way to add some extra USB ports to my computer. I wasn't expecting much for the price but when I received it today the device itself was all scratched up and had a crack in the plastic (I've attached a picture to show everything). I tried to ignore the aesthetics and use it anyway and found that it worked initially and had the drivers installed, but noticed that it kept disconnecting from my computer after a minute and when I plugged USB headphones into it , all I could hear was static. Not impressed - I'll spend a little more money for guaranteed quality.
