Chicken size and tools are the reasons I chose this product but when I received it I was disappointed. No on/off button, no setting for toast, only way to turn the oven on is to use the timer button and the timer only lasts 60 minutes which isn't enough to cook a whole chicken so I have to reset the timer until chicken is ready. I am not happy with this product and have it, I should have bought a brand I am familiar with. Also, your instructions, as scary as they are, are written in very bad english, bad grammar and bad translation.
