These inflatable bed rails are perfect for us. We travel at least once a month. My 2 year old has recently started crawling out of backpacks and cribs. So we needed something compact and lightweight that we could take anywhere. They were easy to inflate, although the pump tube slipped out a couple of times. I kept it inflating and was able to inflate them in a few minutes. The steps on the bottom withstood my two kids jumping on the bed and bouncing all day. The bumpers stayed in place except for a slight misalignment due to their shenanigans. I think it may vary depending on the type of sheets they are placed on. The height on them was perfect for my two year old. It was enough to keep him from falling out of bed if he moved all night. On this recent trip we pushed two single beds together and my two children snuggled in (as seen in the photo) this gives you a good idea of the size they are in use. They were just the right length for a small child they are intended for. Deflating was as easy as inflating. You switch the tube to the other side and it pulls air out when you inflate it manually. They folded up nicely and came in the storage bag that came with it. So many times we try to return things and they never fit back in their original packaging, not so with these. They slip neatly back into your pocket and are ready for the next time!
