I purchased two of the pure gel batteries a year or so ago only to have them fail. When I emailed Renogy about the problem it took them two weeks to return my email. When they finally did call me they refused to warranty the batteries which would not put out any more that 11.48volts. Beware an be ready for them to blame your charging gear. I had installed a brand new AIMS Charger/inverter when the batteries were installed and set everything up according to the specs provided with the batteries and charger. Never again Renogy. Thank you for nothing.Update::After a week of silence Renogy did call me back and decided to warranty the batteries. They sent two of their new technology gel batteries at no cost to me. Thank you for standing behind your products even if it took a while to get there.
