For those looking for suitable replacements due to the infamous joycon drift: I recommend these parts. From the outside of the switch it is completely invisible that any work has been carried out. I used my iFixit tools and instructions from the iFixit website (also highly recommended) to install these parts. They mostly feel like new sticks and have absolutely no issues after calibrating the controller. Warning: The inside of the switch is fragile. The screw holes are easy to detach as the screws are metal and the holes are plastic, and the cables and their connectors on the joycon motherboard are easy to break. Be prepared to wrestle with the tweezers for about 15-30 minutes after assembly. Please only do this if you have good eyesight and steady hands. Much luck. They don't appear to have damaged the zr button connector. That flip up thing is just a locking mechanism for the band. Tl:Dr; It's good. You can stop looking right now.
