I ordered this as a uniform shirt for my preschooler. It's very tall and thin so based on the reviews I ordered a size up. He could go down in size but it will probably still fit him next year so I'm happy! We live in a subtropical climate, but there is also cold weather. It was perfect for the days between fall and spring. It is lightweight, made from t-shirt material and has a reinforced collar. The color stays good even after many washes and is easy to wash out.
