Easy to assemble. After reading the reviews I was nervous that it would be shaky but decided to take a chance given the lower cost, better shipping, smaller footprint and easier maneuverability compared to other training towers. I have since found that my kitchen wobbles slightly in places but is completely stable in other places so it's not clear if the stool or imperfections in the floor are to blame. Either way, it's definitely stable enough and level enough for my little one to get in and out of without help; he loves it and uses it all the time. It will also be easy to remove the railing at the top when my child is a little taller to turn it into a simple step stool. My only complaint is that the height is exactly level with the countertop, meaning it's about 1 inch taller to tuck under the bar when not in use. A tower that's easy to move around the kitchen and doesn't take up too much space!
