I have an old F250 crewcab (square box style) and it's sitting outside and the weather and native vegetation is damaging the truck. I don't know, maybe it was a spot where the fabric was damaged before I put it on, or it was from an animal or something else. Anyway, I reached out to DuckCovers directly to see if I could get a repair patch or something to fix the tear. They were quicker to respond than any other company I've dealt with. (No less on weekends) Literally within minutes they received my information and were ready to send a new one to replace the damaged one. Time will tell if this one will last a few years but given the customer's level of service and the fact that they were willing to send a new one to replace the damaged one, it shows that they are confident in the quality of their product and be proud of what they do. I was very impressed to say the least. If I ever need another car cover I will definitely go to Duck Covers.
