stays unconnected; keeps falling

I bought 3 of them. One of them will not remain connected. I keep getting the message that I "didn't eject it properly" even though it's still connected to my computer. This one is defective. If the seller reads this please let me know how to return or replace. The listing advertises customer service, but I can't find a link or contact information for it. I'll be happy to correct this review accordingly if the device can be exchanged for a working one.
