Great price for a solid metal sign with a quality finish. However, it doesn't match the curvature of the car at all. A perfect bend is next to impossible as you have to be very careful not to ruin the finish and a vice mount is a must. Bend to fit left to right very easily. There is no bend down. The emblem has vertical grooves to increase strength to prevent the center section from bending. Using a vise, channel locks, and rubber mallet, he spaced from the center to within 1/4 inch of the bottom ends. I managed to glue the entire top half and bottom 1/4 inch well. The gap is small but noticeable when you're close. I'm not sure if it will stay long, but it will probably be fine as long as you avoid automatic washing. I do a lot of metalworking and bending so I'm not new to this. I'm sure it can be bent perfectly, but you have a high chance of breaking the cast metal or deforming it beyond repair. Using a flashlight will definitely work, but at this point you'll need to recolor it and can just change the default emblem instead.
