Very good quality shower head. The polished stainless steel and its size create a comfortable downpour. However, the optional 11-inch mount doesn't place the showerhead far enough from the wall. So with a standard shower extension (which protrudes from the wall) the outer edge of the shower head is only 20cm from the wall. Also where the extension cord is put on the arm coming from the wall; The extension continued to rotate under the weight of the shower head (causing it to rotate sideways) no matter how tight the nut was tightened. To solve both problems I went to Lowes and bought an 18 inch shower extension to replace the short one off the wall and I bought a similar adjustable extension (except one with a fixed nut instead of a rotating nut) to fit it to attach to it. , (both were Jacuzzi brands with a combined value of about $40.00.) This placed the shower head closer to the center of the shower, away from the wall controls, and made the installation safer to support that large shower head. Questions based on your needs, but I believe an 18" fixed nut extension (non-swivel) would be a better fit for this unit. The shower head itself is really good, but don't rely too much on using the included extension.
